xHey is operated by xnov intelligence. All inquiries regarding the Service should be directed through our official Discord server. By using xHey, you enter into a legal agreement with the operator under the terms described herein.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and assets associated with xHey — including but not limited to the xHey engine, dashboard interface, logo, and documentation — are the exclusive intellectual property of xnov intelligence.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of any part of the Service is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. License Restrictions
Your license grants you personal, non-commercial use of xHey. The following are strictly prohibited:

- —Sharing license keys or HWID spoofing to bypass binding
- —Creating derivative works based on xHey binaries or source
- —Using xHey for commercial services without written consent
- —Circumventing any technical protection measures
4. Third-Party Platforms
xHey operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Discord, TikTok, Roblox, or any other platform. Use of xHey to interact with third-party platforms is at your own risk and must comply with those platforms' terms of service. xnov intelligence accepts no liability for account suspensions or actions taken by third-party platforms.
5. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from the use of xHey shall be governed by applicable law. By using the Service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts for resolution of any disputes.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xnov intelligence and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to take appropriate legal and technical action against any user found to be in violation of these terms, including but not limited to immediate license revocation, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil or criminal legal proceedings.
