By accessing or using xHey ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use xHey.
2. Description of Service
xHey is a software tool that provides username availability checking, monitoring, and automated claiming across supported digital platforms. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and requires a valid license key to access.
Features include but are not limited to: multi-platform username checking, proxy rotation, automated sniping, and real-time availability alerts.
3. License & Access
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use xHey for the duration of your subscription. License keys are bound to a single hardware identifier (HWID) and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for violations of these terms without refund.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use xHey only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must comply with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any third-party platform you interact with through the Service.
You are solely responsible for any accounts, usernames, or actions taken through the Service.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use xHey to:

- —Infringe upon the rights of third parties
- —Conduct unauthorized mass account creation
- —Distribute, resell, or sublicense your access
- —Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

6. Payment & Refunds
All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis. Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Lifetime keys are available on request and are subject to separate pricing agreed upon at time of purchase.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
xHey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation of the Service. Platform APIs and availability data are subject to change without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xHey and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will endeavor to notify users of significant changes through our Discord server.
