xHey is built with a minimal-logging philosophy. We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the Service and license management system. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following data solely for operational purposes:

License Key
A unique identifier generated at time of purchase, used to authenticate your session.
Hardware ID (HWID)
A hardware fingerprint bound to your license to prevent unauthorized sharing. Stored in hashed form.
Referral Code
An optional code generated for the referral program.
Plan & Expiry
Subscription tier and expiration date associated with your license.

3. What We Do Not Collect

We explicitly do not collect or store:

  • —Target usernames you check or snipe
  • —IP addresses beyond transient request handling
  • —Browsing behavior or usage analytics
  • —Payment information (handled by third-party processors)
  • —Any personally identifiable information beyond what is listed above

4. Data Storage

License data is stored in a secure, encrypted database. Access to this data is restricted to authorized system processes only. We use industry-standard security practices to protect stored data from unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention

License records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via Discord. Upon deletion requests, we will remove all associated records within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

xHey uses a third-party database provider for license storage. This provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:
